Forest Oak School Local Offer

Forest Oak School SEND & Local Offer

From September 2014, all schools are expected to publish information about their provision for special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).  This includes the 'Local Offer', which helps parents/carers understand what services they and their families can expect from a range of local agencies.

Our Provision at Forest Oak is for pupils who have been identified through assessment as having a moderate learning disability aged 4-18 years.  All pupils will have a Statement of SEN (Special Education Needs) or an EHCP (Education, Health & Care Plan).
