  • Implement life skills programme and assessment programme with integrated trips & visits planned
  • Mapping trips, visits and residential experiences across year groups to ensure access and progression
  • Review teaching of Science at KS4 to enhance student outcomes
  • Review termly target setting from Annual targets – implement interventions to increase percentage of achieved targets

 

  • Life skills assessments link with home to acknowledge skills across settings
  • Solar – Embed assessment programmes and enhance pupil self assessment
  • Subject leaders to organise curriculum planning to increase access to schemes and resources within school and on the website. Track coverage and progression
  • Review and enhance lesson observation/ engagement feedback & SLT class meetings
  • Provide further RP training for parents, new staff
  • Improve pupil and staff well being by extending implementation of SMILE programme – daily exercise programme
  • Fully implement Mindfulness for all – staff, pupils & parents – stress management
  • Review lunchtime routines for pupils with ASC and sensory issues to ensure relaxed and positive experiences offered
  • Safeguarding pupils – enhance Social media training for pupils and parents

  • Review curriculum and consistency of information for parents, pupils and staff
  • Increase parental awareness of Governor roles through newsletters and information booklet
  • Clarity of schemes of work that are efficiently saved for ease of access

 

 

  • ICT/Social Media safety for pupils (linked to PREVENT/Radicalisation)
  • Extend PREVENT training to parents
  • Enhance whole school themed activities Assemblies linked to social & cultural events
  • Establish link with an overseas school and enhance pupils knowledge of a different culture
  • To review delivery of British Values across the school
