For your first activity can you make a car you can do this with many different materials please find below some ideas.
for your second activity can you make a tyre painting. You can use your toy cars, bikes or trucks
For your third activity can you make some traffic lights to control all the busy traffic and cars on the road?
For some extra craft activities please find some dot to dot transport pictures and a model bus to practice your cutting skills
