is an online website that supports mental well-being for young people. It includes magazines with helpful articles, personal experiences and tips from young people and the Kooth team.


It also has discussion boards where you can start or join a conversation with the friendly Kooth community and a chat option where you can chat to a helpful team about anything that may be on your mind (you can either message them or have a live chat).


Writing down your feelings/anxieties/worries often helps and there is the option to do so using the daily journal where you can write in your own daily journal to track your feelings or emotions and reflect on how you’re doing.
